Kovident Professional K-File
Description
Kovident Professional K Files – High-Quality Stainless Steel Hand Files for Effective Root Canal Treatment Experience exceptional canal negotiation, shaping, and recapitulation with Kovident Professional K Files. These stainless steel hand files are meticulously crafted by twisting or grinding a square or triangular tapered shaft, resulting in cutting edges that are nearly perpendicular to the instrument’s long axis. Designed with four cutting edges and a 60° tip featuring a 135° cutting angle, these files offer superior cutting ability. The tight spiral design ensures safe and efficient preparation. With a refined cutting edge and square cross-section, these files are built to last, providing reliable performance for up to 8-10 endodontic cases.

Direction to Use
TECHNIQUES FOR USE:
Watch Winding Technique:
- The use of the file in a forwards and backwards motion, as if watch winding, with slight apical pressure. This allows the file to effectively debride the canal dentine by moving slowly down the canal.
- For K-type files, once the file has reached the desired working length a push and pulling action is used around the circumference of the canal, while only maintaining contact with the canal wall on the outstroke to minimize a debris blockage apically
